Step back in time and then join the search for the Pharoah's mask hidden deep in the burial tomb.

And if you think that sounds a piece of cake beware of the forces of evil who act as the tomb's keepers.

The program was loaded successfully first time and it promptly displays a 3D picture of the cavern's entrance. With brain ticking over, you can begin your adventure. By using keys L for left, R for Right and F for forward, you can enter the pyramid.

Pharoah's Tomb

When you are inside a green box of jumbled letters appears and it is now that you have to type in the correct magic password within a certain time limit. If you are successful you can move onto the next cavern.

Be warned that more than three letters proved to be real mind-benders.

Every so often you are faced with a screen of gold and silver coins and by using your cursor keys you must collect as many as you can, for these will be valuable at a later stage in the game. In order to further your plans with the coins you may purchase equipment.

Pharoah's Tomb

By pressing G, an inventory appears after which you can select the goods you need. Be it arrows and bow, or even a holy cross. It would be a wise adventurer who takes enough rations to stave off starvation.

No tomb is without a mummy and this Pharoah's tomb is no exception. Beware you don't contact the rotting disease and use your equipment wisely. There are giant spiders and skeletons to deal with so there's no time to relax.

A direct hit on the heart to the corresponding flashes will kill any enemies you may face. And if you have purchased arrows you will have the opportunity to use them.

You may take some time to reach your destination but A&F Software has come up with an enjoyable game. Although the graphics were not stunningly good I did find a few surprises. This is one game that most people will play until the finish.
