Golf

This is an old favourite - reviewed here before as Birdie Barrage - already seen as full price and budget. If you haven't already got a copy, then this could be the time.

The game itself is about as exciting as you would expect a golf simulation would be - a fair bit of skill required to choose the right club, judge the wind and distance, and keep out of the clubhouse and the dream of a drink at the end of the eighteen holes. It's not easy to play, mainly because of the lack of precision needed, but it does offer (especially in this budget release) a pleasant way to pass a few hours.

Full marks to Blue Ribbon for clearly marking this as a re-release - so many budget games do their best to hide it.
