Elmo loves letters, and so will you if you play this game!

Elmo ABC

Elmo has done it again, but this time he is helping children to learn the alphabet, and begin to form words. This game is not actually as fun and stimulating as Elmo 123, as it's slower and less advanced, but it is set in a child-friendly environment - a circus! Elmo ABC is suitable for the pre-school child who is just beginning to recognise letters.

Juggling Balls!

Indeed, in one of the mini-games you do little more than match letters. This is represented in a fun way, though, through seeing Elmo juggle! This part of the game has relatively minimal potential for learning unless the child is being encouraged by an adult to sound out the letters phonetically.

The game is progressive, though, and once your child can recognise the alphabet they will then be able to put their learning into practice when forming three letter words. Elmo ABC is a game that needs to be played in the correct sequence for maximum learning but when that is done, it can be fun.
