Danger Ranger

Totally fiendist huntarama from renowned Dragon 32 author, Ken Kalish. In it, you don your best Indiana Jones duds and become the Danger Ranger (great name!), a fearless adventurer who must raid the dread chamber of Pasha in search of the fabled lost keys of the Covenant, etc, etc.

These keys are located at various points of the chamber and are guarded by floating urns, flapping bats and blinking eyeballs. As is the way of things you have only a laser eraser for company. Having collected the keys you journey to the acid cavern where treasure chests rest in the arms of demons.

If the meagre allowance of screens is generally frustrating the sheer difficulty they offer should tempt even the most spoilt explorer. The chamber of Pasha is a killer!

The combined assault of both bats and urns defeated me every time. Only once did I stagger through into the caverns of acid where I was rewarded with nowt but a swift and humiliating end. Something which never happens to Harrison Ford!

Beautifully illustrated and mind-bogglingly tough, this 'sticks only game is an absolute must for the serious Dragon hunter. Play it and weep.
