An excellent and very colourful arcade-type game. You guide
Checkout Charlie around a grid, changing the colour of the
squares as you pass over them. The first time you run over a
square it turns striped, the next it becomes the target colour - the
one the grid has to be completely covered in before you can
proceed to the next screen.
This may sound more like a game of logic rather than an arcade
game, probably because I haven't told you about the remote-controlled
robot who moves very swiftly around the maze. If he bumps into you, you
lose a life.
On the left of the screen is an egg timer. Every time the last few
grains of sand disappear the robot fires a four-way death
dealing laser. If you happen to be in its path you disintegrate.
As you clear more screen, the action speeds up, and even though the
concept remains the same I haven't got bored yet. Superb graphics and
sound, and originality, combine to make a wonderful game.
