The programs are the same as can be found on Oh Behave, but with the emphasis on evil. The frickulator allows you to tally up just how much the world leaders owe you, the Evil Launch Pad allows you to write up your plans and send them in top secret and you can also check out your evil statistics or enjoy some diabolically *evil* movie and sound clips!

Aside from the usual Rock, Paper, Scissors, Mojo Maze and Domination, Dr. Evil gets his own entire adventure game in the guise of the grandmaster of nasty behaviour as he rides his motor scooter through a firing line of obstacles. Try to maintain your balance as you set off in your quest to find cat-food for your beloved kitty, Mr. Bigglesworth. One inch too far, and both you and Mini-Me are sent flying, leaving the world a horribly groovy place to swing! It's all part of the experience of taking over the world, and it makes this cart very valuable indeed. It's worth at least *one million dollars* or £24.99 of anyone's money.
