Load and run by typing LOAD “runner” or LOAD “”. If you have any problems with tape
loading, consult pages 141-148 of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum Handbook. The program loads in
three sections; only stop your recorder when the title page comes up on the television screen.
You will first be asked a skill level from 1 (fast) to 3 (slow). Press the required number
followed by the ENTER key. The game will then start.
You control your car using the cursor control keys (5, 6, 7 and 8) or A for UP, Z for DOWN,
P for RIGHT and O for LEFT. Alternatively, a PROTEK joystick can be used.
