In order to get the 5,000 bonus points, you must *not* shoot one of the bonus targets. If you do so, they will all change into ducks. You must then hit all of the ducks before they go off the screen. The ducks usually start at the top and revolve around three times before they disappear for good. If you do "lose" one of them, you will also lose five bullets. You need to hit one of his wheels and, if you succeed, the tank will turn round and move a little faster. This will continue until it reaches either the extreme left or right of the screen, when you will go back to the next screen of the main game.
