An Eye For Spelling =================== An Eye For Spelling ------------------- Based on the well researched and validated approach to spelling. An Eye For Spelling will help all children who are experiencing difficulty with spelling. Charles Cripps designed An Eye For Spelling to offer teacher and child control and flexibility within a highly structured program. The teacher selects appropriate spelling words and controls the timing and sound so that each child is presented with work suitable for his ability and interest. The program gives encouragement to even the poorest speller as it is patient, allowing children to have a second look at the spelling of words and offers clues when errors are made. Results are stored, giving teacher and child the opportunity to review progress on completion of an exercise. Words included in An Eye For Spelling have been selected by Charles Cripps from the vocabularies of 5-11 year ols. In addition to these 3500 words, the program offers a teacher the facility to save additional word groups.
