Linked articles are available to view in full on this site.
Beating The Beeb (BBC Model B)
A faultless reproduction of the arcade original.
Aztec Challenge (Atari 400/800)
Has smooth though not particularly sophisticated graphics and it's a bit different from most other games.
Time Lords (BBC Model B)
If you don't mind working quite hard to play a game, you might enjoy Time-Lords. Otherwise, this five player, five dimensional board game falls flat on its face.
Print Shop (Spectrum 48K)
This is a computer game for people who like to think. You don't have to be a die-hard capitalist to enjoy it.
Rabbit Trail (TI99/4A)
Fairly fast and tricky enough to be worth playing... if you get a copy that will go beyond the first screen.
Molar Maul (Spectrum 16K)
It's too easy to make progress up through the bacteria levels, while the action becomes repetitive.
Joust (Spectrum 16K)
A good, straightforward and challenging game that becomes more interesting the more you play.
The Executive's Guide To The IBM PC: Basic Programming And VisiCalc (IBM PC)
The Dragon Programmer (Dragon 32)
The text is a joy to read and there are screen shots so you know what is possible.
Sound: Vic In Tempo
Sound: Apple II Accompaniment Part 2
